Precision Bend & Machine Co., a custom metal fabricator specializing in tube bending and wire forming, has retained Heritage Equity Partners (“HEP”) to seek an immediate sale of the company, or new funding for current growth opportunities.  Located in Walcott, IA, Precision Bend has over 25 years of experience providing CNC tube and sheet bending, CNC wire forming, and laser cutting.  In addition, they also offer their customers custom metal fabrication services including production welding, assembly and powder coating. 

Precision Bend and Machine Co. operates out of their 50,000 square foot facility that includes a complete tool & die shop, punching, nipping, welding, assembly, packaging, and two powder coating lines.  The company can bend up to 4” tubing, up to 40-feet long, cut up to 1” plate and is able to take raw materials through the fabrication and manufacturing process to a completed finished product. The company’s equipment includes tube benders, wire forming machines, lasers, press brakes, saws, a punch press, welders, and lathe.  Precision Bend specializes in short to medium run production volumes including prototypes and service parts, while serving as a second tier supplier for the Midwest’s most respected brands.
