Clear Thinking Group announced the promotions of Joseph Marchese and Michael Wesley to Partner effective immediately.

Mr. Marchese has over twenty years of consulting experience in the accounting and financial operations arena. His expertise includes all areas of business planning, cash management and financial reporting within the consumer product manufacturing and retail industries. In addition, his background in financial operations allows him to evaluate a client's accounting practices and assist in implementing proper policies and procedures. His assignments have included numerous Interim Management roles for our clients, including Controller, VP of Finance and CFO positions. Mr. Marchese holds a BSBA in Accounting from Thomas Edison State College. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association.

Mr. Wesley has over fifteen years of consulting and management experience within the consumer product manufacturing and retail industries. He has worked in all areas of operations including manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing/distribution, inventory management, planning/allocation, finance, and IT. As a consultant, Mr. Wesley has been retained as the financial advisor in numerous restructuring engagements. Mr. Wesley holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Engineering Management from Duke University. He also received his MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business where he was named a Fuqua Scholar.
