TAB Bank announced it has provided a $1.25 million revolving asset-based credit facility for a flatbed transportation company based in Georgia. The financing was done in conjunction with an acquisition by a private equity group.
The company operates as a regional truckload freight carrier hauling commercial building materials, steel, pipe, retail goods, and paper, primarily originating in the southeastern United States.
