Antares Capital announced that it recently finalized the hiring of its Loan Syndication, Sales and Trading team led by industry veteran, Kevin Burke.
The team, hired from GE Capital, includes managing directors Anthony Diaz, Mark Familo, Erica Frontiero, Peter Nolan, John Timoney and Patrick Wallace. Also joining the team will be Kristin Condon, managing director, from RBC Capital Markets and Todd Davis, associate, from Capital One.
“Over the past ten years, Kevin and his team have built one of the top loan syndication, sales and trading teams in the middle market. Burke is a seasoned leader with extensive finance and capital markets expertise. He joins Antares after 12 years with GE Capital as a senior managing director overseeing Loan Sales and Trading and Loan Capital Markets. Prior to GE Capital, Burke spent 25 years at Bankers Trust Company/Deutsche Bank in a variety of credit, corporate finance, and sales and trading positions. He was also a founding member and sales head of Bankers Trust’s Loan Syndications Group.
