Leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has expanded its Performance Improvement practice with the recent addition of Ramin Tabibzadeh, who joins as a Managing Director in Los Angeles.  He specializes in helping Global 1000 and mid-market companies achieve top-line growth and tangible bottom line improvements through operational cost optimizations and effective technology implementations.

With more than 28 years of consulting and operations experience, Tabibzadeh brings a broad range of expertise across various industries, including: aerospace and defence, consumer packaged goods, energy, financial services, health care, high tech, industrial manufacturing, life sciences, media and entertainment, and real estate and construction. Prior to joining A&M, Tabibzadeh was with The Hackett Group in Southern California, where he served in various roles including Global Practice Leader and West Region Leader.

Tabibzadeh advises clients on corporate strategy, product lifecycle management, procurement transformation, supply chain management, operations improvement and information technology issues.  He has deep expertise in improving EBITDA through supply chain strategies, reducing working capital, enhancing pre-sale market positioning through enterprise transformation and optimizing product lifecycle management.

Tabibzadeh earned a BS and a MS in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
