Javier Joins Heritage Bank of Commerce’s Corporate Finance Division

Heritage Commerce Corp announced Jeffrey Javier has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President in charge of business development for the Corporate Finance Division.

"We are pleased to announce that Jeffrey Javier has joined our growing Corporate Finance Division," said Walt Kaczmarek, President and CEO. "Jeffrey will focus on growing our portfolio via his outstanding reputation in the asset based lending and technology communities."

Javier comes to Heritage Bank of Commerce from Avidbank where, as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development for Corporate Finance, he helped build their portfolio by originating new loans and managing a loan portfolio for the division. Prior to Avidbank, Javier was Senior Vice President at Bridge Bank where he was a team leader for the Bridge Capital Finance Group, managing Asset Based and Technology lending portfolios. Prior to those roles, he held a similar position at Silicon Valley Bank.

"With over twenty years in the business, Jeffrey's experience and knowledge will be a valuable addition to the team as we continue to grow the Corporate Finance Group," stated Mike Hansen, Senior Vice President and Manager of the Corporate Finance Division.
