ORIX USA announced that John Bozalis has rejoined ORIX Leveraged Finance as a Managing Director in the Dallas office. He will be responsible for originating and executing new investment opportunities consisting of senior secured, unitranche and second lien/junior capital solutions primarily in support of middle-market private equity groups. Since its inception in 2004, ORIX Leveraged Finance has closed more than 300 financings, committing over $4 billion of ORIX USA’s proprietary capital.
  
Bozalis, who earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Duke University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, has over 20 years of buy-side and sell-side experience in the middle-market leveraged finance industry and previously worked at ORIX from 2003 to 2009. Prior to rejoining ORIX Leveraged Finance, he served as a Senior Vice President at BBVA Compass. Bozalis also previously worked in the investment banking groups of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (now Credit Suisse) and Dain Rauscher (now RBC Capital Markets).
