LBC Credit Partners provided $40.0 million senior secured credit facilities to support the acquisition of SourceLink Acquisition LLC (“SourceLink” or the “Company”) by an affiliate of Aterian Investment Partners (“Aterian”). LBC Credit Partners served as agent for the senior secured credit facilities.
