Wells Fargo Capital Finance (UK) Limited has demonstrated its continued long term commitment to the North of England by announcing today that it has appointed Tom Weedall to the role of director, Loan Originations. Based in their Manchester office, Tom will be focusing on developing new business across each product group. Wells Fargo Capital Finance provides comprehensive asset-based lending, technology finance and supply chain finance to a wide spectrum of companies throughout the UK and beyond.

Weedall is responsible for sourcing and structuring asset-based and technology financing for opportunities originated in the UK, and will be reporting to Chait. Most recently, he was regional sales director at GE Capital, responsible for originating and closing new opportunities in the North West region. He has held a number of leadership roles at GE Capital including credit excellence leader, commercial portfolio director, workout director, as well as holding roles in the company’s audit and risk divisions.
