Breakwater Investment Management, LLC announced the recent closing of a credit facility for its direct lending vehicle, the Breakwater Credit Opportunities Fund, L.P. (“BCOF”). The credit facility is being provided by East West Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of East West Bancorp. Based in Los Angeles, Breakwater is a private investment firm that specializes in direct debt and equity investments in leading lower middle-market companies.
