LBC Credit Partners provided a second lien term loan to CWD, LLC d/b/a Centric Parts, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity. The proceeds were used to refinance existing indebtedness. LBC Credit Partners served as agent, sole lead arranger and bookrunner for the second lien term loan.
