John D. Santos has been hired by North Mill Capital as a senior vice president and business development officer in Princeton, NJ. Santos will be responsible for business development throughout the tristate area.

Santos has more than ten years of commercial lending experience providing businesses with working capital lines of credit, and term loans.  He has focused on New Jersey over the past several years and also covered the New York market.
