PwC US has appointed Bob Saada as the firm’s U.S. Deals leader. In this role, Bob is responsible for overseeing approximately 2,500 experienced professionals who advise corporate and private equity clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction. He succeeds Martyn Curragh who recently assumed the position of PwC’s U.S. Chief Financial Officer.
A veteran deals consultant for over 20 years, Saada has significant experience leading large, multinational transaction teams around the world and across industries. He specializes in advising clients on complex deal structures and considerations for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Previously, he served as the firm’s New York Metro and Washington, D.C. Metro Market Deals leader, as well as PwC’s Market Managing Partner for the Lake Erie Region.

Saada received an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and holds a C.P.A. in Virginia, Ohio and New York. He is also a member of the AICPA and a Trustee of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
