Perella Weinberg Partners announced that Alex Tracy has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Advisory business. Based in New York, Tracy will be a member of the firm’s restructuring practice.

Tracy has 17 years of investment banking experience. He was most recently a Managing Director at Miller Buckfire & Co., where he focused on originating, structuring, negotiating and executing a wide range of complex transactions, including out-of-court and chapter 11 restructurings, exchange and tender offers, mergers and acquisitions, and financings. Prior to that, he worked at Chanin Capital Partners, a specialty investment bank. Tracy began his career at Prudential Securities Incorporated.
