TD Bank has named J. Eric Hartman as Managing Director, Originations in Asset Based Lending. Based in West Palm Beach, he will lead the delivery of TD Bank's asset-based products and services, including revolving credit facilities and term loans as well as the broader suite of banking products, to mid- and large-sized companies across the state of Florida.
Over a 20-year banking career, Hartman has developed expertise in the facilitation of complex capital-raising transactions (senior debt and mezzanine), the arrangement of multi-bank syndicated credit facilities, and other capital markets-related activities. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as Florida Market Manager – Corporate Banking at PNC Bank in West Palm Beach. Hartman started his career at US Bank in St. Louis. He is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Leadership Broward.
