Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) announced that RiverBend Medical Group has joined the provider and service network of Mercy Medical Center and the Sisters of Providence Health System (SPHS), members of Trinity Health. BGL served as the financial advisor to all parties in the transaction.  The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded over thirty-five years ago, the RiverBend Medical Group is the largest private physician group practice in Pioneer Valley, New England with 100 + providers, six locations and multiple specialties.
