Antares Capital announced it is serving as administrative agent, joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner of senior secured credit facilities to support the acquisition of Advanced Instruments by Windjammer Capital Investors.
Founded in 1955 and headquartered in Norwood, MA, Advanced Instruments is a leader in laboratory instrumentation.
