Fox Rothschild LLP announced Mark E. Hall has joined the firm’s Roseland office as a partner in the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Department.

Moore, Fox’s Roseland and Morristown office managing partner. “His extensive background handing complex bankruptcy and reorganization matters in both New Jersey and New York will complement the firm’s robust practice and will be an added asset to our many clients in the region.”
Hall’s practice centers on complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy/reorganization cases. He has extensive experience in restructuring, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy litigation and related commercial litigation, including the representation of debtors, creditors’ committees, financial institutions, secured lenders, unsecured creditors and other parties in interest.
A trained mediator, Hall serves on the court-approved Bankruptcy Mediation Panel for the District of New Jersey.
Hall serves as an officer of the New Jersey State Bar Association Bankruptcy Law Section, as vice president of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Lawyers Foundation and as an officer and master for the Bankruptcy Inn of Court. He is also a regular speaker at the annual Honorable William H. Gindin Bankruptcy Bench-Bar Conference.
Hall earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark and his B.A. from Rutgers University. Prior to joining Fox, Hall was a partner at Riker Danzig LLP.
