360 Merchant Solutions announced the following additions to its staff:

Aaron S. Miller joined is a Principal of 360 Merchant Solutions and will be involved with all aspects of 360’s business units. In his role at 360, Aaron will work with Company’s on unique creative solutions for transition periods, growth stages and distressed situations. Prior to 360, Aaron was a Vice President at Salus Capital Partners for 5 years. Aaron has been involved with numerous complex transactions, in and out of Bankruptcy, with many retailers, wholesalers and industrial companies. Aaron was a key contributor at Salus on successfully recovering on over $2B in assets.

Jeffrey B. Chudacoff joined as a Managing Director and will be responsible for due diligence, coordinating and directing a team of field representatives and asset valuations. Prior to joining 360 Merchants, Jeffrey was a Director at Salus Capital Partners where responsibilities included collateral oversight, related portfolio monitoring, and mitigation of risk associated with deals in the process of a turnaround, restructuring, or in bankruptcy. Before Salus, Jeffrey worked for Gordon Brothers Group. Jeffrey attended Boston University where he graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance.

Sally Bushart joined as a Senior Merchant and will be involved with due diligence, collateral valuation and project oversight. Sally Bushart has 28 years of experience in Retail Management, Liquidations, Inventory Augmentation, Store Openings/Relocations in both Soft and Hard lines. Sally has managed successful projects in the United States, Canada and Europe for retailers in the Fashion, Hard lines and general merchandise sectors. Serving as a Lead Consultant with a Competitor Group for 22 years, Sally accomplished a wide variety of management and financial analysis projects. She is able to quickly assess project needs, define and implement solid startup plans, and to immediately respond to changing conditions, adjusting resources and strategies to assure positive and profitable outcomes.
