Breslin, Young & Slaughter, LLC announced that Clayton Kloehr has joined the firm as a Director. Clayton will work directly with the partners of BY&S to expand the services offered to healthcare lenders and equity firms by providing clients quality of earnings reports on healthcare companies.
 
Prior to joining BY&S, Kloehr was the Manager of Financial Due Diligence for Welltower, Inc. (formerly known as Health Care REIT, Inc.) where he was responsible for financial due diligence for acquisitions and reviews of existing relationships.  Prior to joining Welltower in 2008, he served as an officer for Merrill Lynch Capital in the Healthcare Finance Group.
