Accord Business Finance—the Chicago based division of Accord Financial, Inc. and provider of accounts receivable management solutions—announced that Erik Madsen has joined the organization as Director to support new business development. Erik brings an extensive experience in business development with small and medium sized business throughout the Midwest.

Madsen hails from Denmark where he received a Bachelor’s of Business Economics from AAlborg School of Economics. After graduating as a CPA in Denmark, he immigrated to the US, where he helped European companies get their receivables paid, by setting up repayment plans for their business debtors in the US.  Erik received his Bachelor’s in Public Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago. For the past 20 years, Mr. Madsen has helped many US companies with financial analysis, auditing, A/R management and collections advice. His vast experience will greatly contribute to the success of the Accord Business Finance team. Erik is a prolific networker, so you will inevitably see him at many of the financial industry events in the near future.
