Three Burns & Levinson Attorneys Elected to Partnership

Burns & Levinson LLP has elected attorneys Benjamin C. Caldwell, Alison R. Harrall and Andrea L. Martin to the firm's partnership.

"We're excited to welcome this exceptional group of attorneys to the firm's partnership," said managing partner David P. Rosenblatt. "We congratulate them on this well-deserved milestone in their careers and look forward to their continued growth."

Caldwell is a member of the firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and tax controversies and appeals. He also frequently advises fiduciaries in all aspects of trust administration and related court proceedings. He received a J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2006 and a B.A. from Bowdoin College in 2003.

Harrall is a member of the firm's Corporate group. Her practice focuses on representing public and private companies in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and venture capital financings and commercial financing arrangements. She received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2008, and a B.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2002.

Martin is a member of the firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. She focuses her practice on the representation of individuals and corporations small and large in prosecuting or defending claims. Andrea regularly appears in federal court, state court and before government agencies. She received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2006, and a B.S. in Biology from Boston College in 2002.
