Buchalter announced that Shadi J. Enos has been elected shareholder in the firm’s Bank and Finance Practice Group. Enos focuses her practice in the areas of commercial lending and corporate finance. Enos represents financial institutions, leading private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in middle-market debt financings and investment-grade credits.

Enos has been ranked by Chambers and Partners in the area of Banking and Finance since 2015. She has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2015–2017. Recently, the Commercial Finance Association selected Enos to receive its inaugural Top 40 under 40 award. This national award recognizes the achievements of commercial finance professionals and service providers across the asset-based lending, factoring and supply chain finance industries.
