Atlantic Capital Bank, NA, a financial services firm serving middle market and emerging companies, private banking clients and top-tier real estate developers, announced the addition of Chris Chadwell to the commercial lending team in Knoxville. Chadwell will serve as Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer.
In this role, Chadwell will work with a team of experienced commercial banking professionals in Knoxville to provide thoughtful solutions and localized expertise for emerging growth and mid-market businesses across the region. The Knoxville office serves hundreds of clients in various industries including: manufacturing, medical, legal, real estate, retail, distribution, and technology.

Before joining Atlantic Capital, Mr. Chadwell served as a vice president and business relationship banker at First Volunteer Bank, responsible for local commercial lending, credit decisions, risk management, and development of financial analyses. He brings seven years of banking experience to the Knoxville team. Chris began his career at First Volunteer Bank in its financial banking center, where he was widely recognized for generating consistent growth and delivering results for clients.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of the Cumberlands. Mr. Chadwell is an avid golfer and community advocate. He served on the Board of Directors for the Leadership Board of Campbell County for several years and is a current participant with Intro to Knoxville.
