Blank Rome LLP announced that Christopher A. Manion has rejoined the Firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group.
Manion comes to Blank Rome from Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC, where he served as senior counsel. He concentrates his practice in the area of commercial finance, with an emphasis on secured lending transactions. Manion’s experience stretches across a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisition and leveraged buyout financings, warehouse credit facilities, asset-based loans, cash flow loans, distressed loan workouts, and Article 9 sales. He also counsels clients on asset securitizations.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, Manion earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a staff member of the St. John’s Law Review. He received his B.A. in History with distinction from Penn State University.
