Trade Finance Solutions (TFS) announced the appointment of Bruce Sim as Head-Acquisitions. In his new role, Sim will assume responsibility for identifying acquisition candidates across the commercial finance industry in the U.S., Canada and Europe.

Sim is the former Head of Originations at TFS, and has held senior roles at ExWorks Capital, LLC; GlassRatner Advisory and Capital Group; Royal Bank of Canada (Caribbean) Limited; and Wells Fargo Global Banking. A Toronto native, Sim has lived and worked in Canada, the U.S., Singapore and Trinidad and Tobago.
