BMO Harris Bank’s Sponsor Finance group, a leading provider of middle market leveraged finance solutions, announced it was the joint lead arranger, sole bookrunner and is administrative agent for $60 million in senior credit facilities for Carolina Beverage Group, LLC, a portfolio company of SunTx Capital Partners, LP. Proceeds were used to pay the company’s outstanding subordinated debt incurred two years ago to support its continued growth and facilitate an equity recapitalization.
