Kavanaugh, CEO of First Foundation. “Her strong leadership ability gives me tremendous confidence as she steps into her new role.”
Lindsay joined First Foundation Bank in 2015 as Executive Vice President, Director of Depository Services and most recently served as Chief Banking Officer. “Lindsay has consistently demonstrated an exceptional capacity to work amongst our dynamic teams and effectively manage the firm’s complex operational activities,” said David DePillo, President of First Foundation Bank. “She’s been a driving source of First Foundation Bank’s growth and success, and as we enter into an exciting period of expansion, this role is a perfect fit.”
Prior to joining First Foundation, Lawrence was the Commercial Deposits Executive at Umpqua Bank, and before that the Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer at Opus Bank. She has held executive leadership roles at several regional banks where she focused on client growth and firm development. Lawrence earned her MBA degree from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and BS degree in communications from Northwestern University.
