Winter Harbor LLC announced that John Llewellyn has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Llewellyn brings more than 20 years of transaction advisory experience across a broad range of industries including automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, nonprofit, government, education, telecommunications and energy.

Prior to joining Winter Harbor, Llewellyn worked as an independent consultant and served as CFO for Superior Digital Displays in New York City. His experience also includes over a dozen years with Ernst & Young including a year with their London Restructuring practice, providing strategic business planning for a variety of companies. In addition to his time with E&Y, Llewellyn worked for Deloitte’s Advisory Services in New York.
Llewellyn started his career with First National Bank of Boston after graduating from the Economics Honors program at Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He later attended the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and received his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
