Capital One Bank announced the appointment of Michael Rogers as senior vice president, Commercial Real Estate. Rogers will primarily be responsible for managing client relationships with both existing and potential customers throughout the New York tri-state area.
“With more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Michael brings a deep knowledge of financing, underwriting and structuring real estate loans to our regional team,” said Ben Stacks, New York City Market Manager, Commercial Real Estate Banking, Capital One Bank. “His expertise in office, retail, multi-family, and hotel real estate finance will be of great benefit to our team and we look forward to his future success in this role.”
Prior to joining Capital One Bank, Rogers was a senior director at PB Capital in New York City, where he spent the last nine years. Rogers also served as a Real Estate Securitization Analyst at CIBC World Markets in New York City.
