Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) announces the addition of Kaan Aslansan, Craig Schneider, Brad Arnold and Danny Faryniarz as New York-based Managing Directors with its Corporate Transformation Services practice. Messrs, Aslansan, Schneider, Arnold and Faryniarz collective performance improvement expertise across the media and entertainment and financial services industries illustrates the in-depth knowledge A&M brings to bear on complex transformation issues in these sectors.

Aslansan advises media and entertainment, financial services and insurance sector clients on digital strategy and operations transformation. He delivers large, strategic projects that impact his client’s bottom line through analyzing product strategy and design, operational and organizational effectiveness, and change management issues.
Aslansan has led merger and acquisition cost management and technology/organization consolidations. Prior to joining A&M, he built a consulting organization generating over $12 million in revenue within four years. Previously, Aslansan served as a Director at Navigant Consulting, a Vice President of Architecture and Testing at Swiss Re, a Director at Credit Suisse and as a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young. He earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Schneider has over 15 years of experience designing and implementing digital transformation services in the media and entertainment industry. His areas of expertise include direct to consumer products, events workflow management, audience measurement (data analytics), digital supply chain, emerging technology and industry consolidation.
Schneider spent the first 10 years of his career working with NBC Sports and the Broadcast Network Operations division. While there, he led operational teams for five Olympic Games and numerous news, sports and entertainment genres. Schneider has received five Emmy Awards for his work in broadcast television. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University.
Arnold works with clients to develop customer experiences to align with in-demand products and services, operational models that businesses can run profitably, IT strategies that are executable and professional environments that foster individual growth. He has worked across multiple industries including for-profit and non-profit organizations. Previously, Arnold was a Director at Unisys, a global information technology company that solves complex IT challenges.
Arnold earned a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and an Executive MBA from Villanova University.
Faryniarz has advised clients on capital market, asset management, market structure and regulatory and compliance change management for over 30 years. He has worked on transformation issues involving global rates, sales and trading, asset management portfolio management, capital markets operations, regulatory compliance, IT infrastructure, and shared services development and deployment.
Previously, Faryniarz served as a Managing Director of Market Strategy and Industry Relations with DTCC and as a Director of Global Rate Sales with Merrill Lynch. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont.
