ExWorks Capital has appointed Andrew Bae Director of the firm. Bae has over 16 years of experience in commercial finance. Prior to joining ExWorks Capital, he served as Director for the asset-based lending platform at NBH Capital Finance. He previously held various middle market lending positions at large financial institutions including Regions Business Capital, PNC Business Credit, Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo), and Citi, where he completed the bank’s formal credit training program.
 
Bae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in International Business from Seton Hall University. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Commercial Finance Association, and Turnaround Management Association.
