Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has established a strategic partnership and made an equity investment in Artis Energy Intelligence (AEI), the developer of patented, real-time energy analytics software platform, RTIS®. The partnership will help clients identify and better understand their energy cost drivers, reduce costs through performance improvement solutions, and provide financing options for energy efficiency equipment investments.
Additionally, A&M is leveraging RTIS® and AEI’s team of energy experts to create the A&M Energy Analytics practice. This new practice will focus on identifying and implementing comprehensive energy management strategies for industrial and manufacturing, commercial real estate, public sector, healthcare, retail and education clients.
By combining the power of AEI’s energy analytics software with A&M’s operational expertise, clients will gain valuable insights into their energy consumption and requirements, enabling them to reduce costs, achieve operational improvements, analyze and prioritize investment opportunities, and address sustainability needs.
Bryan Marsal, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of A&M said, “The creation of the A&M Energy Analytics practice and our investment in and partnership with Artis Energy Intelligence is a natural extension of our core business and commitment to solving complex business challenges with fact-based strategies. In the world of energy analytics, real-time data provides the ultimate fact base. Our partnership with Artis Energy Intelligence will provide the important insights needed to help clients across multiple industries address their energy concerns.”
