Tree Line Capital Partners, LLC, a direct lender focused on the lower middle market, provided a first lien credit facility to support Huron Capital Partners’ investment in Direct Connect Logistix, Inc., as well as a credit facility and equity co-investment to support O2 Investment Partners’ investment in EMEX, LLC.

The Company developed a proprietary enterprise software solution for energy brokering that delivers material advantages to EMEX and its large user and government base across the country.
