StoneCastle Securities LLC, a leading provider of private equity and debt capital placement services, announced that it was the exclusive placement agent in securing a $50 million line of credit for Veritas Financial Partners ("Veritas"), headquartered in Boca Raton, FL.

Veritas will utilize the proceeds from the credit facility to continue expanding its small business lending portfolio. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
