FTI Consulting, Inc. announced that Tim McDonagh, a Senior Managing Director in the firm's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment, has been named to the American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders in Insolvency list, which recognizes professionals who are committed to the highest standards of achievement at work and in their communities.

Based in New York, Mr. McDonagh is a member of FTI Consulting's Turnaround & Restructuring Services practice. He has more than 13 years of experience representing companies, secured lenders and unsecured creditors in out-of-court and Chapter 11 restructuring transactions across a variety of industries, including retail, automotive, media, financial services and manufacturing. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. McDonagh served in the U.S. Peace Corps and earned a bachelor's degree in economics and mathematics from Yale University.
