Abacus Finance Group, LLC, a provider of cash flow-based, classic senior debt financing for lower-middle market, sponsor-led buyouts of companies with $3 million to $15 million in EBITDA, announced the following promotions:
Brian Green and Rafal Rydzewski from Senior Associate to Vice President and Joseph Lee from Associate to Senior Associate.
“These three are key members of the Abacus team and have helped us complete over 100 investments since our launch in 2011, putting us past the $2 billion mark in total financings” said Tim Clifford, Co-Founder and CEO of Abacus. “Our value proposition – Making Life Easier – goes back to that interaction with our private equity clients and wanting to make sure that they are at the forefront of everything we do. As we look forward, we will continue to put our sponsor relationships first and provide them with the level of service they have grown to expect.”
“In addition to an exclusive focus on financing lower-middle market buyouts,” added Sean McKeever, Managing Director, COO and Co-founder of Abacus, “the principal factor contributing to our growth is our Total Partnership Approach™, which is how we go about Making Life Easier for our clients through a passionate commitment to delivering on what we promise.
