Pacific Western Bank announced that Jonathan (Jon) Lorenz has been hired as Colorado Market President. He will be located in Pacific Western Bank's Greenwood Village, Colorado executive offices.

Lorenz is leading Pacific Western Bank's efforts to establish and expand commercial banking services in the state of Colorado.

With over four decades of banking and finance experience, Lorenz most recently served as the Chairman and CEO of Colorado Business Bank and Arizona Business Bank, the principal operating subsidiaries of CoBiz Financial. When Lorenz joined CoBiz it operated two locations with $100 million in assets, and under his leadership it grew to 20 branches with $3.5 billion in assets. Lorenz is active in his community, and currently serves on the board of the Colorado Parent & Child Foundation. He also sits on the President's Gift Planning Advisory Council at the University of Colorado.
