Van Heel Joins Wiggin and Dana Continuing South Florida Growth

Wiggin and Dana announced that Miami-based restructuring partner Tamara Van Heel has joined the firm in South Florida, further expanding its platform in the state following the launch of a new Boca Raton office earlier this year.??

Van Heel represents debtors, creditors, committees, trustees, landlords and purchasers of claims and assets in restructuring and bankruptcy matters, including complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 cases. She also represents and advises businesses and individuals in a range of commercial disputes. Van Heel joins Wiggin and Dana from Miami-based law firm Agentis PLLC. Earlier in her career, she practiced at White & Case LLP, and as a solo practitioner.
