North Mill Capital announced that Kevin Pearce has become a part of the North Mill team as Senior Vice President. Pearce resides in Chandler, Arizona, and will be responsible for business development.

Pearce brings over 30 years of experience in asset based lending, commercial finance and specialty lending to North Mill Capital. He has covered the Southwest region for over a decade.  

Pearce is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Commercial Finance Association (CFA) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
