STAR Funding announced that Bryan Maloney has joined the firm as Vice President. Maloney will contribute to business development efforts across STAR’s core offerings, including accounts receivable factoring and purchase order funding, helping companies improve cash flow and fuel growth through tailored financing solutions.

With more than a decade of experience in international trade and working capital finance, Maloney has built a career supporting small and mid-sized businesses with receivables financing,
structured trade transactions, and non-bank solutions designed for growing companies. His deep industry knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset make him a valuable addition to the
STAR team.

In his new role, Maloney will work closely with business owners, intermediaries, and advisors to design programs that accelerate payments on receivables, mitigate credit risk, and finance procurement needs, including purchase order funding. His consultative approach is backed by years of experience leading structured finance initiatives and product development across both traditional trade finance and fintech platforms.

Prior to joining STAR, Maloney developed receivables and supply chain finance programs backed by institutional investors and helped build digital underwriting and workflow tools to streamline access to working capital for underserved markets.
