Cambridge Wilkinson has successfully arranged $35 million in debt financing for a private credit fund, when one of its lenders created a "Net Asset Value ("NAV") facility backed by the client's fund portfolio.
"Our fund client has deep experience investing in owner-operated companies with less than $150 million in revenues," the company said. "This debt financing is expected to be used to support our client’s portfolio companies and fund potential acquisitions. In order to learn more about our vast and deep investor base who can provide creative and flexible facilities of all kinds, we are happy to do an introductory call at any time."
