White Oak Commercial Finance announced its Government Contracting Finance arm provided a $1.5 million factoring facility to a service-disabled veteran owned 8(a) company that provides operational and technical engineering support to the US Army Cyber Command.
The transaction was structured as a factoring facility secured by the company’s accounts receivable, and the funding will be used as working capital to support its operations and bids on new government contracts.
“We’re honored to support and provide tailored financing to veteran-owned businesses committed to delivering critical services to our armed forces,” said White Oak Head of Government Contract Financing, Kysha Pierre-Louis.
White Oak is dedicated to helping government contracting firms make the most of their assets with flexible and reliable financing throughout their lifecycle, and provides them with the deep suite of products, government agency expertise and ready capital they need to invest in growth.
