Presidential Financial announced Lisa Bulkley has joined the company as a vice president and business development representative. Bulkley will operated out of Dallas, TX.

Bulkley has more than 15 years of experience as a corporate finance professional. Prior to joining Presidential, she was successful in the investment banking and capital markets segments of the financial industry, most recently as a director with Barrier Advisors. Additionally, she served as director or acquisition services at Westlake Securities and as a vice president for Buckley Capital, a boutique investment banking firm.

Bulkley serves on the board of directors for the Dallas Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Southwest chapter of the Commercial Finance Association.
