eCapital promoted Jaime Gillespie to chief human resources officer. In her new role, Gillespie will oversee employee engagement, talent management and leadership development, as well as alignment of the company’s diverse workforce and establishment of a unified corporate culture.
This latest appointment to the executive team highlights another example of the company utilizing its world-class leaders in each area of the organization to support its growth strategy. As a people-centric leader, Gillespie is tasked with building the strategy and vision for eCapital’s human resource initiatives, including engagement, performance and compensation.
Gillespie served as the vice president of human resources for eCapital’s Freight Factoring Division and has been with the company since 2018. She comes into this role with over 20 years in financial services. Her experience is across a multitude of areas in HR, including customer service, leadership, and project and change management. Gillespie is a certified coach with the Gallup organization and brings strength-based people practices to eCapital, to better identify and foster diverse talents within the workforce.
