Greenberg Traurig was named Restructuring Law Firm of the Year for Middle Markets at Global M&A Network’s 12th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards held virtually, Jan. 21-22. According to the Global M&A Network website, the Awards honor excellence from the restructuring, insolvency, distressed investing, and M&A industries in categories of best value-creating transactions, outstanding firms, top professionals, and legendary leaders.
The firm also received the following awards:
- Middle Market Chapter 11 Restructuring of the Year for its role in the Senior Care Centers Chapter 11 restructuring and refinance.
- The team included Shari L. Heyen, David B. Kurzweil, Nancy A. Peterman, and Kristen Jacobsen.
- Middle Market Energy Services Restructuring of the Year for its role in the Shale Support Global restructuring.
- The team included Karl D. Burrer, John D. Elrod, Shari L. Heyen, Eric J. Howe, Kristen Jacobsen, and Peter D. Kieselbach.
