First Business Bank announced the promotions of Chris Doering to Senior Vice President – Commercial Banking and Melissa Fellows, CTP, to Senior Vice President – Treasury Management – Madison Market Leader.

Chris Doering has 15 years of commercial banking experience serving primarily family businesses and closely held companies of all sizes with an emphasis on construction, manufacturing/distribution, and service organizations. Chris also has experience financing mergers and acquisitions.

Melissa Fellows has more than 20 years of banking experience. As Senior Vice President – Treasury Management Market Leader in Madison, Melissa Fellows, CTP, leads our Madison team to deliver First Business Bank’s full suite of banking solutions. Melissa is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and evaluates business to help generate ideas for process improvement. Melissa’s goal is to help businesses improve cash flow, mitigate fraud loss risk, and maximize earnings potential.
