September 12, 2013, 07:56 AM

Bibby Financial Services announced the addition of Debra Vanderhoff to its Florida-based sales team as business development officer. She will report directly to Marcus Ferrari, national sales director.

Vanderhoff brings over 20 years of financial services experience to her role. Most recently, she served as VP, Healthcare Financing and Operations for Practice Pros, a healthcare management consultancy. In this role, she led all startup operations for new medical practices and was also responsible for the turnaround of numerous struggling group medical practices. She increased both cash flow and revenue an average of 113% in less than six months. Prior to Practice Pros, Vanderhoff held positions in sales, business development, and executive management in various industries. Additionally, as an entrepreneur, she co-founded an online startup company that grew to become a national brand and the third largest in its market sector.

“We are thrilled to have someone with Debra’s breadth of business experience--both as an employee and as a business owner,” said Ferrari. “Her background gives her unique insight into helping business owners navigate financial challenges.”

Bibby Financial Services is a worldwide market leader in business cash flow solutions to small- and medium-sized companies. With offices in ten North American cities and 15 countries around the world, its product portfolio includes accounts receivables finance, factoring, non-notification factoring, export finance, purchase order finance, specialist solutions for the staffing and trucking sectors, and it is an approved lender for the Export-Import Bank's working capital guaranty program. Bibby Financial Services is a subsidiary of a 206-year-old privately held company based in the United Kingdom.
