AlixPartners, the global business advisory firm, announced it has hired a team of six highly experienced technology-development experts to serve in the firm's IT & Applied Analytics practice, and that they will be play a key role in AlixPartners' ongoing commitment to deliver high-quality analytics solutions to its clients at competitive costs.

The team, which is located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, will partner with AlixPartners experts in North America, EMEA and Asia to offer such services for clients as customized data warehouses, highly interactive "dashboard" visualizations, and advanced development resources for software such as Java and .NET.

The team is headed by Sebastian Blaustein, who most recently served as chief information officer at the leading Argentinian financial services broker Puente Hermanos Sociedad de Bolsa SA and who joins AlixPartners as a director. "As with everything AlixPartners does, our IT & Applied Analytics offering is designed to be a notch above what clients might expect from our competitors, and the addition of this high-caliber team of experienced experts in Argentina certainly supports that commitment," said Meade Monger, global leader of AlixPartners' Information Management Services group.
