Capstone Advisory Group, LLC, a national financial advisory services firm, announced the addition of Nathan Klatt as a Managing Director in its New York office Valuation Practice.
Klatt has seventeen years of professional services experience with Big 4 Firms. Prior to joining Capstone, he served in Deloitte's National Office where he directed and advised approximately 500 valuation partners and professionals through a national program to effectively and efficiently provide audit support as valuation specialists. Nathan's efforts focused on business growth, building relationships, directing and managing change in Deloitte valuation and audit organizations, and improving the quality of work product of Deloitte professionals. Klatt also provided direction and support to Deloitte's National Office senior leadership in order to impact the audit practice in best practices and processes to audit fair value measurements. Nathan was a highly-regarded speaker and presenter at Deloitte seminars, webcasts, and training events.
His client service has focused in financial advisory, consulting, and business valuation services. Klatt's range of prior engagements has included: buy and sell-side advisory services, business valuation studies, transaction due diligence, purchase price allocations, financial modeling, and other consulting services. He has served clients in a variety of industries including: finance services, health care, energy, technology, consumer products, manufacturing, and public services. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a CPA licensed in Connecticut and Texas.
